Construction of office, storage and workshop buildings
According to a feasibility study that has already been carried out in September 2019, the depot of the Lahr construction and gardening company (BGL) is to be reorganized and replanned with the administration currently housed in a residential building. This is done in three construction phasestten. For this purpose, the administration will first be outsourced and the existing building with garages (plot 4290/7) will be demolished. A two-story office and workshop building is being built at the same location, which is based on the existing social building along Gutleutstrasse.
