• Planning services for the renovation and expansion of a fire station
  Object planning
  The subject of the order are planning services in the areas of architecture (lot 1), open -air system planning (lot 2), structural engineering (lot 3), TGA sanitary, heating, ventilation and building automation (lot 4)TGA strong current systems and telecommunications and information technology systems (lot 5) for the renovation and expansion of a fire service equipment house. The details of the project and the required services can be found in the application conditions and the description of the project.
  Subject of Los 2are planning services of free system planning for the project described above. The free system planner (m/f/d) is expected to provide the service phases 1 to 9 (including) in accordance with Section 39 (3) HOAI. The provision of the service phases is gradually commissioned by the client. From theTerms are not entitled to the commissioning of further levels and no additional fee claims can be derived. The client decides on a further commissioning of the performance levels in the further course of the project.

The structural engineer (m/f/d) is expected to provide the service phases 1 to 6 (including) in accordance with Section 51 (1) HOAI.
