Planning services for the renovation and expansion of a fire service equipment house
The free system planner (m/f/d) is expected to have the service phases 1 to 9 (including) acc. To provide Section 39 (3) of the HOAI. The provision of the service phases is gradually commissioned by the client. No entitlement to the commissioning of further stages and no additional fee claims can be derived from the gradual order. About a further assignment The client decides the performance levels in the further course of the project at the free discretion.
The TGA planner (m/f/d) has the specialist planning here for the technical equipment of the plant groups 1 to 3 and 8 (including), probably in the performance phases 1 to 9 (including) in accordance with Section 55 (1) HOAI. The provision of the service phases for the individual plant groups is gradually commissioned by the client. From the gradual Ordering cannot be entitled to the commissioning of other groups and no additional fee claims. In the further course of the project, the client decides on a further commissioning of the other stages.
