• The Hutthurm market is planning to convert and expand its sewage treatment plant with a membrane system, taking into account the funding requirements according to the guidelines for grants for water management projects (RZWas 2025) in order to adapt its system to the Population density, the state of technology and the water licensing situation. Property planning according to §§ 41 ff HOAI - civil engineering conversion and expansion of the Hutthurm/Kalteneck sewage treatment plant The subject of the order is the property planning services in accordance with §§ 41 ff. HOAI 2021 in conjunction with Appendix 12 to the HOAI basic services from the service profile for engineering structures, service phases 1-9 with gradual access to service phases 1-4 (stage 1), service phase 5 (stage 2), service phases 6 and 7 (stage 3) and service phases 8 and 9 (level 4). As part of the order processing, it must be ensured that the conversion and expansion of the sewage treatment plant takes place during ongoing operation and that the continuous treatment of the wastewater in the plant is guaranteed during this time.
