Description: The SBK adapts the existing retirement center in Cologne-Dellbrück to the residential and participation law. For this purpose, double rooms for single rooms are rebuilt in the decor and - unless existing - resident baths. In order to compensate for the loss of space from the degradation of the double rooms, the 3rd floor - so far only one third of the storey area is expanded - over about 75% of the entire floor area (road side returns) to a full floor.
The modernization includes for all areas and components that are renewed, as far as possible - an adaptation to the DIN 18040.
The preparatory measures started in September 2019, BauHauptgewerke began in January 2020.
