The municipality of Rednitzhembach plans the renovation and the general renovation of Catholic kindergarten. The subject of the award is the services of object planning according to Part 3, Section 1 HOAI 2021 of the service phases 1 to 9.

The municipality of Rednitzhembach intends to convert and the renovation of the Catholic Children's House in Rednitzhembach. The eligible room program sees the new creation of a kindergarten group and a toTwo children's crib groups in addition to the existing 4 kindergarten groups. A total of 7 group rooms, 5 kindergarten groups and 2 children's crib groups.also create the associated side space areas as well as a multi -purpose room and dining room with output kitchen. The eligible areas amount to approx. 780m2, of which the group and adjoining rooms take up. For the internal development of the building, an internal staircase from the earthTo plan into the basement and a platform list for barrier -free development.
