The Havelhaus (Design Reinhold Persius (27.08.1835 - 12.12.1912) is in the southwestern part of the Babelsberg Park, part of the UNESCO World Heritage "Schloesser and Park of Potsdam and Berlin". The ensemble from a 2 -storey villa inNeugotian style and an associated stable building was completed in 1883. It was created on the area of a burned -down building, the ruin was integrated into the tower villa. All buildings are owned by the Prussian Palaces and Gardens Berlin-Brandenburg (SPSG).
Babelsberg Castle and Park system are listed with all the structural, gardening and technical systems and enclosures (list of monuments in the state of Brandenburg (Midas-Obj.Nr. 09156104);
