- The construction project conversion and modernization of the Nutrition department at the Vocational School Center Altmuehlfranken in Gunzenhausen includes an extension and a renovation of parts of the existing building. The aim is to accommodate all specialist rooms for professions of housekeeping, gastronomy,the bakery and the butcher. The construction work is divided into the following three sub -areas: Construction of an extension for subject -specific lessons in transition to the existing building • Construction of the new building including technical systems

• Fire protection technology upgrading of the intermediate ceilings • Dismantling of pollen -based pipes • Renewal of the
