Description:
According to the decision of the municipal council on November 15, 2022, the city of Besigheim acquired the estate marketplace 5 for the town hall expansion. Adjacent to the existing administration building 7, building market place 5 is the only real expansion option for the administration. As a result, the location of the entire city administration is secured as a headquarters on the historically significant marketplace. In order to react to current grievances, plans were created to expand the administrative use to the marketplace 5 building and to convert and renovate it. In addition, that should Building marketplace 7 for barrier -free development are partially built. The expansion requires a Europe -wide tender for the performance of building planning, structural engineering and technical building equipment heating, ventilation, sanitary (HLS) (a total of 3 lots). Lot 1: Building planning
The following services to be commissioned for building planning according to § 34 HOAI are awarded, performance phase 1 to 9, gradually. Due to the preliminary draft planning provided by the city itself, the service phases 1 to 3 are reduced by 7% counted. Furthermore, the special services mentioned in the award are to be instructed.
