Description:
The Dermatology building is located in the north of the Venusberg campus. It borders directly on the Sigmund-Freud-Strasse and east of one of the main traffic streets from north to south within the campus. The construction is divided into components B1 to B7. Since the component B5 due to theConstruction cable car must be demolished, the office space there must be located in other ways of dermatology and MKG. For this purpose, the current uses from component B6 (Ibritis) should be moved from the rooms in the 1st and partly on the 2nd floor. The vacant areas mustpartly slightly renovated, partly rebuilt. The renovation work on the 2nd floor in the area of the new offices is not part of the measure. Furthermore, due to the increased need for dermatology, restructuring the functions is necessary. This is connected with moving rockage,so that free areas can be renovated. The care stations on the ground floor and 1st floor are also in need of renovation. In addition, a total of 5 patient rooms in accordance with PKV Standard are upgraded in the 1st floor in component B3. To supply the PKV rooms there and on the 2nd floor a PKV kitchen is housed in B6 on the 2nd floor.Also part of the measure is the restructuring and renovation of the MKG doctor rooms in B4 on the 2nd With this tender, the planning services of the Elt Planning of the LPH 1-8 in the context of an EU-wide, open procedure are to be assigned.
