• Conversion of the basement GS into a kindergarten, Bad Wurzach-Seibranz, HLS+GA Technical equipment heating/ventilation/sanitary/building automation (§ 55 HOAI), system groups 1/2/3/8 (§ 53 HOAI) service phases 1-3 and 5-9, gradually, initially LP 1-3, AG 1 additionally LP 4 Special Services (described below) The city of Bad Wurzach intends to build a three-group kindergarten in the Seibranz district on the garden level of the primary school building, accessed from Gospoldshofer Straße. The measure is ongoing School operations must be carried out and, when it comes to noise- and/or pollutant-intensive work, this must be coordinated with this. i.e. that the holiday situation must also be taken into account in project planning. Also regarding the cordoning off and securing of the construction site The presence of children must be taken into account when accessing it. A site visit is possible upon request; questions about the project will not be answered here but must be posted on the procurement platform. (see point 3.5) To the project There is a concept that has already been coordinated with the sponsors and was developed by the Building Department III of the city of Bad Wurzach. Changes and optimizations are possible if they can be approved by the provider again without any time-related disadvantages are. The coordination with the KVJS is still pending. There is no planning yet for the technical equipment (AG 1/2/3/8 and AG 4/5) or for the outdoor facilities; these services will be carried out in separate procedures...
