The two listed buildings House 1 (built in 1906, GF 1,970 m2) and House 2 (built in 1909, GF 2,075 m2), which until recently were used as ward houses, will be converted into 132 apartments for nursing staff from Muenchenstift GmbH and Muenchen Klinik gGmbH including a daycare centerbuilt, and a TG was also constructed. The buildings each have a basement, ground floor, 3 upper floors and attic. There are also 2 connecting corridors with basement, ground floor, 1 upper floor).
