Description: The district of Oberhavel plans the conversion of the component A and the renovation of the component B at the school location Hubertusstraße in Birkenwerder. The former boarding school buildings are used after the renovation / renovation of the Kreisusikschule, the Volkshochschule and the Regine-Hildebrandt comprehensive school.
The buildings were built between 1976 and 1978 in prefabricated construction with flat roof. Both buildings were rebuilt and renovated in 2002/2003.
The component A is 3-storey, the component B is 4-storey. Both components are fully basement. Component A has the maximum dimensions of about 30.70 mx 16.50 m, component B 30.30 mx 16.50 m. The storey height is 2.85 m, the light room height is about 2.53 m.
