- Conversion of Ebertplatz, structural inventory and assessment The Ortenau Clinic (at Ebertplatz) will move to a new location at the end of 2030, and the clinic site will return to the city by 2031 at the latest. By moving the clinic location, we stand for The area around Ebertplatz and the entire northern eastern part of the city will undergo major changes in the next few years. In accordance with the legal requirements (§ 140 BauGB (1) and §141 BauGB), the first step was to carry out open-ended preparatory work Investigations (VU) are announced in order to determine the existing urban development conditions, the general goals and purposes of a possible redevelopment measure, as well as the necessity, type and feasibility of a redevelopment measure to obtain. A structural inventory and assessment is now to be carried out for the existing buildings on the centrally located, mixed-use site around Ebertplatz in Offenburg (approx. 65,100 sqm NRF).
