Conversion, expansion and extension for the modernization of ZOP with renewal of the technical Building equipment and cafeteria/company restaurant in the Diakonie-Klinikum Stuttgart and optional dismantling and development on the corner of Falkertstrasse and Lerchenstrasse on the parent building site
Procurement of consulting and planning services for fire protection as well as specialist construction management for fire protection.
The assignment is dependent from the project approval by the Ministry of Social Affairs and the hospital provider.
There is no legal right to the transfer of all performance levels and sections.
The Diakonie Clinic Stuttgart intends to modernize the existing five operating theaters at the Stuttgart location with the addition of an operating theater including the adaptation of the associated functional areas in approx. 3 - 5 construction phases so that they meet the existing requirements, with a complete renovation of the technical facilities Building equipment and medical technology, expansion of the cafeteria, optional examination and treatment rooms, the modernization of the company restaurant and optionally the dismantling and new development on the corner of Falkertstrasse and Lerchenstrasse on the motherhouse site. This should be achieved through partial dismantling, addition and expansion and conversion of the existing building.
