Description:
The city of Schneverdingen intends for the renovation and renovation of the leisure meeting place (FZB), on the corner 2 in 29640 Schneverdingen, to unite the trade union of sanitary and heating installations. The building has two building bodies in the stock, each with one full floor(Citizens' hall area 778 m2, youth area 881 m2) in massive construction. The renovation and conversion of the two parts of the building are planned for the construction work. An intermediate building in which the multi -generation house moves in is intended to combine the two buildings. The building is not lower cellarand constructed in a duke -like support grid of approx. 7.50m. The building is partly equipped with underfloor heating. The attic of the buildings is not expanded. The supporting structure consists of masonry and roof beams made of softwood, the building is stored from the outside. TheBuildings are being built back to the sole, central wall elements and the existing toilet facilities. Between the existing buildings, the sole including foundations for the new building are supplemented, so that the parts of the building: Citizens' meeting, multi -generation and youth club are created under one roof.Among other things, services are advertised:
