• The subject of the tender is the conversion, extension and renovation of Town Hall II at Hauptstrasse 32 in 76549 Huegelsheim. Town Hall II was built in 1873. The forestry administration, the municipal correctional officers as well as the passport and registration office areas are currently located on the ground floor Public order office. One room on the upper floor is used as an archive, the remaining rooms are empty. During the planned construction work, there will be no office space available for the employees currently working in Town Hall II. A temporary solution is therefore to set up office containers on the town hall square provided.
