- The 28 terraced houses (built around 1960) at Bachstrasse 9 to 47 and Mozartstrasse 29 to 43 and the 2 apartment blocks with 4 apartments each at Mozartstrasse 45 & 47 in 24534 Neumünster are supplied with district heating from Stadtwerke Neumünster (swn). owner of the properties is the Federal Real Estate Agency (BImA). District heating supplies the buildings with heat to generate room heating. Hot water is prepared by electric instantaneous water heaters.
