GmbH intends to close the Elsey hospital with its somatic departments of surgery, internal medicine, ENT and gynecology and the conversion to a specialist clinic for psychiatry and psychotherapy. The aim is to the psychatric department of the hospital Hagen to merge with the existing psychiatry at the Elsey location. Significant rescheduling and conversion measures are required to implement this measure. For this purpose, various construction work must be written out and forgiven. The measure described is with funds from the hospital structural fund according to §§ 1ff. Hospital Finance Act (KHG) funded.
