- The sports facility of Blau-Weiss Schinkel at Gretescher Weg 75 (corridor 8, parcel 49/213) is to be used as a school sports facility for two Osnabrueck schools (Schinkel comprehensive school and Diesterwegschule) with a natural grass playing field with a synthetic circular track and corresponding athletic facilities, seeas well as an artificial turf pitch with a lighting system by the city of Osnabrueck.
The remaining area after the modernization is to be prepared as a small lawn pitch.
In joint coordination with the Blau-Weiss Schinkel and the schools concerned, a closelyA draft was drawn up that is tailored to the needs of current and future users and was attached to the tender documents.
The corresponding building permits for the lighting system and the ball safety fence on the artificial turf field must be applied for at the same time.

According to the current cost estimate, the cost framework for the construction project is
EUR 2,678,225.90 gross (cost groups 510, 520, 530, 540, 550 and 590).
