- Cooled IT rack systems 2026 MPG has a regular need for delivery of cooled IT rack systems from various manufacturers and additional services. The subject of this procurement procedure is therefore the conclusion of framework agreements (RV) with up to six (6) framework contract partners who support the client on call from the RV in selecting cooled IT rack systems and supplying them with them. The client is particularly interested in a variety of manufacturers so that when an offer is submitted, there must be a commitment to the manufacturer offered and awards are not made to bidders with the same manufacturer. The framework agreement with several contractors put into competition here makes it possible In specific cases of need, contractual partners can take part in individual competitions to cover the client's diverse needs at its various institutes. These individual competitions can take different forms (= two Competitive segments): a) as a comparison of the products and prices in the digital MPG marketplace in which the respective RV partners are in constant competition (competition through catalog comparison). b) as a so-called mini-competition in accordance with Section 21 Paragraph 5 VgV.
