- The Leipziger Verkehrsbetriebe (LVB) GmbH maintains a property in the town of Machern (outskirts of Leipzig), which serves as a venue for seminars, further training and events with the possibility of overnight accommodation.
The LVB as an awarding body searches on the basis of economic and sustainable offers a cooperation partner who, together with LVB, develops a sustainable usage concept and ensures continuous utilization.
The LVB currently does not have sufficient market knowledge of the existing properties on the market and those potentially to be awarded Order interested companies. In preparation for a possible award procedure, this market research is therefore carried out in accordance with Section 26 SektVO. With this market research, the contracting authority would like to inform companies about the subsequent contract award plans and requirements.
