General description: The Offenburg tax office is to expand the existing new building in phases Zellerstrasse 8 as a replacement for its previous uses in Offenburg and other branches on the state-owned property with parcel numbers 552/4, 765/1, 765/5, 765/9 and 771, Offenburg district. The property has an area of 6,720 m2. After deduction of the 1st construction phase There remains an area of approx. 4,700 m2 to be planned for the 2nd and 3rd construction phases. The parking spaces required by building regulations for the respective construction phases must be accommodated as an extension to the existing underground car park in accordance with the requirements of the city of Offenburg. This is created in sections and expanded according to the construction phases. 2. Construction phases: The first construction phase (usable area NUF 1-7: approx. 3,100 m2) and the associated outdoor facilities were completed in 2023. Two further construction phases are to be added in a chain to the south. For the first construction phase no BNB certification carried out.
