- Coordination for occupational safety and health protection on construction sites in accordance with the construction site regulation (Sigeko) regarding the construction of a new authority center in Hanau for the Federal Employment Agency and the city of Hanau. Sigeko services during the planning phase (level 1) and execution phase (level 2) according to the specific requirements of the enclosed contract. The planned building complex has an area of BGF of approx. 17,095 m². (Federal Employment Agency approx. 7,946 m², city of Hanau approx. 9,149 m²). A gradual allocation is carried out. Level 1 is commissioned to issue the surcharge. There is no entitlement to level 2 commissioning. A separate Sigeko contract is concluded with each of the two builders. The conclusion of the contract for the city of Hanau is made by the city of Hanau Immobilien and Baumanagement During the execution phase, an average presence on the construction site of twice a week is required. The execution phase is planned for a period of 30 months.
