Description:
74740 Adelsheim, Dr. Traugott-Bender-Str. 2, Correctional facility Adelsheim, new building accommodation building 1 to 3, coordination of security and health protection on construction sites.
Three new accommodation buildings are planned at the JVA Adelsheim. These are realized in three construction phases. The Buildings have a BGF of approx. 27,500 m2 and are classified in building class 5. BWK approx. 70.2 million euros gross.
Building 1. BA - approx. 07/2027, 2nd BA - approx. 01/2030, 3. BA - approx. 01/2032, planned completion - approx. 12/2033
