Description:
The German space agency in the DLR (DLR RFA) commissioned the development and operation of the National Etchwell Data platform Code-DE (Copernicus Data and Ex-PloitationPlatform-Germany) Phase 3. The aim of Code-DE 2 is the creation and operation of a platform for the provision and processing of straw observation data. The project continues the two projects Code-DE Phase 2 and Eo-Lab and is intended to do these two platforms in a commonMerging the platform. The regular operation of the platform is planned until 30.09.2028. A contract option for extension by two years until 30.09.2030 is also to be offered. In addition, further contract options are planned. The order includes the provision of a platform as an IT service(Platform as a Service, PAAS) for different users; In particular, public facilities and research institutions. Code-DE should include the following functions: 1. Access to the data of the Sentinel satellites, further data of the Copernicus program, the data of the nationalEtch observation missions and those of commercial providers. 2. Provision of processing resources and various suitable services for cloud -based processing of the data, derivation of higher -quality information products as well as the development of operational services and fromAI applications. 3. Provision of further, additional data products and services for the users of the platform. 4. Support of the users of the platform via a help desk, training courses, events, etc. 5.
