Description:
The measure is located in the Wandsbek district, in the Farmsen-Berne district.
This construction project is intended to build the copper dam
The existing, adjacent one Development consists of both
Single-family homes as well as multi-story apartment buildings.
The copper dam has a damaged roadway, inadequate Cycling facilities
The bus stops are not barrier-free. The drainage is
does not correspond to the current Specifications.
The extension length between the Sonnenweg roundabout and Pulverhofsweg is approx.
450 m. The construction project will increase the road cross-section for Roadway and adjacent areas
The southern connection Kupferdamm / Sonnenweg became one in 2019
The Construction project connects to the new stock.
Bus routes 167 and 16 are affected by the measure.
Engineering services are to be awarded in accordance with Section 47 HOAI in LPH 8 including local construction supervision.
