• Description:
• The subject of the framework contract to be excited is the rental of up to 1,500 centrally managed copy and printing systems as a complete solution. This includes the provision, construction, commissioning and operating costs.Completion of a framework contract with a contract term of 48 months, starting on April 1st, 2026, as well as a rollout phase from 01.01.2026 to 31.03.2026. The framework contract ends at the latest after 48 months. After that, it is also considered to be ended without separate termination.
  The performance is the rental of centrally managed copying scan and printing systems as a complete solution:
  Provision, construction, commissioning and withdrawal of up to 1,500 brand new copy and printing systems (multifunction devices).it is promised for the remaining 810 devices to advertise the framework contract. There is no acceptance obligation.
  At least one A3 and an A4 multifunctional pressure system must be offered that corresponds to the requirement of the service description. The A3 multifunction system mustcan scan an additional pages.
  For the A3 multifunctional system, optional expansion modules must be sorted, punching and booklets.
  For the A4 multifunction system, optional expansion modules of paper boxes must be offered.
