• Description:
• The aim is to repair the demountable and non-demountable steel components of the Wahnhausen boat lock. The following measures must be carried out as part of the planned repair: Non-demountable steel components: - Setting up the construction site for Stripping and coating work on non-removable steel components (bollards, cat guards) - Delivery and provision of work and protective scaffolding including the necessary technology for building materials containing pollutants as well as housing and heating - Surface preparation of the steel components in compliance with the preparation level SA 2½ and the upper limit of the roughness range “medium (G)” in accordance with DIN EN ISO 8503 using a low-emission process taking into account the work, emission and Immission control measures - Priming and coating the steel components with a corrosion protection system in accordance with the BAW list of approved systems I according to RPB. The coating system must be able to withstand mechanical loads in accordance with DIN EN ISO 12944-2, Annex B and should consist of at least one base coat and at least one intermediate and one top coat. - Supply and install cover plates (aluminum) Removable steel components: - Expansion of the lock gates and the climbing ladders and the shooter - Transporting the steel components to a factory - Surface preparation of the steel components in compliance with the preparation level SA 2½ and the upper limit of the roughness range “medium (G)” in accordance with DIN EN ISO 8503 by blasting Work - Priming and coating the steel components with a corrosion protection system in accordance with the BAW list of approved systems I according to RPB.
