- The subject of the performance is the transport of documents and files (tours 1 to 6 and policial-Ren 1 to 2) in closed containers as well as letter disposal within the framework of regular Tou-Ren between the departments involved and facilities (courier services) of the Free Hanseatic CityBremen at the Bremen and Bremerhaven locations as well as between these locations. Likewise, the subject of the performance is the digital recording of the closed transport containers (messenger postcontainers) at each load and discharge point using a hand scanner, scan code on the containers and the provisionthe scan software (Track & Trace System).
The aim is to track the transfer point, the location and the whereabouts of the transport containers. The offer must include both the required hardware (hand scanner, etc.) and software equipment as well as the possibilities of evaluation for the AG. Care-And update costs must also be taken into account.
The aim of this tender is to find suitable contractors (to) that a safe, right-wing and effective transport within the framework of regular tours between the participating departments and departments of the AG as well as between these locationscarry out. At the same time, the input and output (transfer point) of the container to be transported should be recorded and saved electronically using a scanner so that the location of a container can be determined at any time
