Description:
The subject of this tender is the need for support services for products from the manufacturer Microsoft. The clientoperates and supports approx. 4,000 servers with MS operating systems and more than 100,000 user accounts. The following products or product families are used: Active Directory, Exchange, System Center Operations Manager, Skype, Teams, SharePoint. The systems mainly run on Premise. ASupport future cloud services must also be covered.
In the context Exchange, Exchange Server 2019 Enterprise (or newer version) is in use. The service includes:

80,000 mailboxes for the state administration, tax administration and police in Baden-Wuerttemberg at two locations
- ActiveDirectory is only required for the authentication for Exchange
- Kerberos only insofar as it is required for authentication for Exchange
- Windows Server 2016 or newer as an operating system for the Exchange Server
Support to 1st and 2nd Level level is specialized by specializedSpecialists of the client and service providers commissioned by her. The contractor should guarantee the support at the level of the 3rd level.
