Description:
The subject of the contract is the procurement and introduction of a new IT procedure for the budget, cash register and accounting (HKR procedure) for the state of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. Associated with this is a replacement of the current inventory procedure "ProFiskal" and a migration of the data to die software solution to be procured.
The object of procurement is therefore in particular the long-term acquisition of standard software that is already standardized as far as possible, which the contractor can further adapt to the specific needs of the client (through customizing and, if possible, without adjustmentsn at the source code level) has to be adapted and which as a result depicts the entire household cycle. In addition, the subject of the order includes u. the care, maintenance and further development of the system, comprehensive training services and other consulting and support services.
