Description:
For the dismantling of the Schwelmebad on Schwelmestrasse, the creation of a
Building damage cadastre and a dismantling and disposal concept required.
Based on the examinations to be carried out, the dismantling must be planned, taking into account the local conditions and a Create the list of services for pollutant rehabilitation and dismantling.
I. Suitability criteria:
1. Economic and financial performance
a) Operating liability insurance
b) Total turnover of at least EUR 70,000.00 of the last three completed financial years (for bidding communities the sales are added).
2. Technical suitability and performance
a) Two references of the bidder, the bidding community, the members of the bidding community
From the past three years
b) Removing material samples according to DIN EN ISO 16000-32
c) certified for sampling according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025: 2018-03
d) Chemical examinations by a laboratory accredited according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025: 2018-03
e) Sampling waste according to LAGA PN 98
f) Sampling room air according to VDI 3492 in the currently applicable version
g) Project manager with several years (at least 2 years) professional experience in the area the project management building clearance / dismantling
h) The named project manager has experiences (at least 2 projects of comparable size) in public procurement law and the tender for public orders
