Description:
In order to introduce part -mobile slaughter in the Bliesgau Biosphere Reserve, a suitable, professionally well -founded and economically portable concept is to be developed. The concept is intended to show how mobile slaughter opportunities that are already in use in other federal states could also be used at the agricultural courtyards in the Bliesgau Biosphere Reserve. It must also be explained how these are to be applied in connection with the still inpatient slaughterhouse and how the stationary slaughterhouse must be approved and furnished for the delivery of the mobile slaughtered animals. In particular, the former Hof-Schlachtstätte on the Geistkircher Hof between Rohrbach and Kirkel-Neuhäusel should be taken into account more precisely and, if they are suitable, integrate into an overall concept for sub-mobile slaughter. The overall concept is intended to provide facts, costs, ratings and procedural descriptions, to introduce part -mobile slaughter in the Biosphere Reserve Bliesgau with the participation of regional farmers.
