Allocation of general planning services - partial services of the performance phases Basic determination and preliminary planning (LP 1-2, HOAI 2021)
The Verkehrsbetrieb Greifswald GmbH intends within the next 5 yearsthe construction of a new depot. This should contain the following components:
• Bus storage room for approx. 25 buses
• Administrative and social buildings
• Washing hall
• Hall for vehicle cleaning
• Workshop building
• Hazardous fabric storage
• Parking spaces for employees (car, cycling, bicycle), visitors andCompany vehicles
• Consideration of future drive technologies, in particular planning preparation of the infrastructure for electromobility
• Conceptual consideration of autonomous traffic on the depot
The completion of the depot must be planned for the end of 2030.
The present tender are the partial performance of the performance phases Basic determination and preliminary planning (LP 1 to 2, HOAI 2021, all relevant performance forms) for the new building project project.
