Description:
Since the end of 2021, DRK volunteers and full-time employees from all over Germany and all subject areas have been able to develop their digital and future skills together as part of the DRK tandem program. For this purpose, online learning courses on various topics are available on a Moodle platformng, which the participants complete in groups of two at a flexible time and location. A big focus is on exchanges in tandem and networking with all participants. The program runs for 12 weeks, in which, in addition to self-organized learning, there are also eventsare offered for exchange in the community. Participants can currently choose two to three courses that they would like to take from the six courses (consisting of two to three modules). So that the courses are adapted to the needs of full-time and voluntary employees in the DRK as best as possibleind, individual modules should be revised.
