• Description:
• The city of Neuburg an der Donau intends to update its existing studies and re-establish them as an integrated digital urban development concept (IDEK). Services to be awarded: IDEK - Procedure: - Basic determination/ Inventory or analysis: review of the existing reports; Summary and updating as well as validation of the existing reports and plans based on existing regional planning, land use plans, citizen forums, traffic reports, traffic forecasts from the road construction authority; Summary of existing goals, mission statements and identified spatial priorities; Creation of approaches related to, among other things, urban development, social, cultural and technical infrastructure, mobility, Economy and employment, public services, tourism and housing; Green and open spaces: green spaces, green stands, landscape on building plots; Economic structure (retail, craft, industry) and tourism, development; Demographic Development; Examination of the redevelopment areas (if necessary, completion of areas or new definitions); If necessary, statements on possible construction advice for private builders and commercial operators - additional services (participation in committee meetings at least 4x) -ICT infrastructure and use (existence and requirements, possible future integrations if necessary) Digital potential analysis (fields of application and indicators for the use of digital technologies identify and define, including evaluation of solution approaches with regard to the expected added value according to social, economic and ecological aspects as well as risk and impact assessment) - Creation of a climate adaptation concept with the following focus on the location of heat islands and Danger areas during heavy rain events, for example, optimization options, analyzes and creation of proposals for measures within the framework of the sponge city principle - municipal heat planning (according to WPG) Strategic further development...
