• The district of Luechow-Dannenberg is looking for a expert landscape planning office for the creation of a qualified management plan including a habitat assessment for the EU bird protection area 21 "Lucie"-Office and including a care and development plan with a habitat assessment forthe Ortolan in the additional areas of action (Dichtolan outside VSG) in accordance with the guidelines for management planning for Natura 2000 areas in Lower Saxony (NLWKN 2016) based on various circumstances of breeding birds of the state bird protection center and theAvifaunistic Working Group Luechow-Dannenberg (including Spalik) of different vintages. On the basis of the inventory analysis, in particular the habitats of the planning -relevant bird species of the VSG, the summary of the occurring habitats and species and types and theirs are summarizedConservation state for the entire area and partial area -related with special consideration of changes compared to the first recording for multi -year recovery year. This includes the long -term goals for the entire area as well as the area -related and cross -territorialDeruating maintenance goals as well as synergies and conflicts between the goals of the Natura 2000 area and the other goals in the planning room (target concept).
