Description:
The Wood and Metal (BGHM) trade association and the administrative professional cooperative (VBG) jointly develop the standard software NO-VA. Applications as a CRM system for accident insurance institutions. With Nova.applications, the essential business processes of a professional association or an accident fund can be carried out. Nova.applications will be used by around 10,000 users in their daily tasks by the end of 2026.
The Nova focuses on the following three IT issues and will significantly expand it as its core competencies.
1) Development and provision of a modern CRM software (Nova.applications), which can be used for both professional associations and accident funds. This depicts all business processes of prevention, rehabilitation, recourse, membership and contribution to both the office and the field service.
2) Development and provision of modern, integrated ERP software (SAP). This shows all business processes of the departments of personnel, finance, procurement.
