Description:
For the mobile display of radiological measurements, there is software FHI6020, which runs on a laptop in a measuring vehicle. A module of the software collects measurement data from various sensors in order to then pass it on to other software modules.
A new development of the software is currently almost completed (project end: December 31, 2025). This is called Sinka.mobil. The preferred communication with this software is via MQTT.
For gamma spectroscopy measurements with a sodium iodide (NaI) detector, the program PyIRSS is executed on a MiniPC that is connected to the measuring device (multichannel analyzer - MCA Osprey from Mirion) via LAN. The PyIRSS program reads the gamma spectra from the measuring device, evaluates them and then passes the evaluated spectra on to another computer with Sinka.mobil in the LAN via Telnet for graphical representation of the measured values. This PyRISS program is a Python script that uses a program library provided by the manufacturer Mirion/Canberra of the measuring device to read out the measurement data and evaluate them, which is currently used in the 32bit version.
