• Appraisal/expert services for securing and repairing historical buildings as well as damage to buildings. Due to the progress of the renovation work, the further development of the Aue site requires an adjustment to the actual or future conditions inevitable. This necessity results in not only the dismantling of buildings/facilities, the abandonment of entire locations including infrastructure and facilities, but also conversion, optimization and new construction measures. The Schacht building complex 371 is the last evidence of what was at times the world's largest uranium mine and is classified as a technical monument and is one of the components of the Erzgebirge mining region world heritage site. For this reason, the entirety of the buildings should and must be preserved and maintained become.
