Description:
Based on an existing needs assessment, a user needs program based on DIN 18205 should be created. Furthermore, an overall cost framework should be created in accordance with DIN 276.
Creation of a user needs program for the planned tram depot on the former flightfield in Berlin Tegel.
The subject of this tender is the creation of a user requirements program for the planned tram depot on the former airfield of the airport in Berlin Tegel. BVG internal needs considerations were already carried out in advance and included in a needs assessmentinformation compiled.
On the basis of this needs assessment, a user needs program should be validated based on DIN 18205 and an overall cost framework should be drawn up based on DIN 276. This means checking, if necessary revising and completing what is already availableen needs assessment. The validation should be carried out together with the users, the operators and the builder in workshops.
The aim is to develop a completed user requirements program approved by all those involved as a basis for planning service phases 1-9.
