Description:
With the commissioning of an independent development of a comprehensive warehouse operating and logistics concept, we pursue the goals: o Centralization of the previous storage areas (material warehouse, pharmacy, etc.) by merging the surfaces at a new central warehouse location, the one from the UK Essen is defined. o Definition of the structural and exposure requirements within the future central warehouse location and concept for optimal use of this infrastructure in compliance with the legal framework. o Optimization of internal company Materialogistics processes Analysis and improvement of the existing material and goods flows within the campus - in particular with a view to the new central warehouse structure and the weighing up between direct delivery by transport service providers to the useful areas of supply from the Central warehouse. o Development of an integrated, cross -location logistics concept structure of an overall concept that functionally linked all logistical areas (central warehouse, pharmacy, hubs, needs). o Efficiency increase in the case of supply and availability ensuring, that all stations and departments are supplied as required, in good time and reliably - without oversupply ("interim storage", station area) or bottlenecks. o Finely planning of the logistical processes in the central warehouse (rental property) Detailed planning of warehouse zones, picking routes, Personnel needs and interfaces for campus supply. o Structuring of the supply chain to the need point design of homogeneous processes (standardization) - from ordering to delivery, including transport, envelope, and supplement. o Integration of specific requirements of the Pharmacy, materials management, hazardous substance warehouse and laundry consideration of regulatory, pharmaceutical and supply -specific requirements when planning the logistical processes.
