- Culture/Monastery/Kyritz Lot K017 Painting work Extensive painting work needs to be carried out on walls, ceilings and wooden surfaces in the historic retreat wing. The building has a total of approx. 600 m2 of ceiling areas and approx. 800 m2 of interior plastering areas. Focus The measure is the painterly revision of the existing historical surfaces, taking into account monument preservation requirements and using traditional craft techniques. Please note the minimum requirements of the references and professional suitability (qualification)! The wall and ceiling surfaces consist predominantly of clay plaster, both from the existing building and from newly made additions. The historical clay plaster essentially dates back to the 18th and 19th centuries shows remains of glue coatings on wall and ceiling surfaces. - Testing and preparation of the substrates (mainly clay plasters) including cleaning, consolidation, and if necessary, careful post-processing - Preservation and integration of existing historical surfaces - Paintwork revision of the clay plaster surfaces taking into account material compatibility - Execution of painting systems based on traditional materials Quantities: - approx. 600 m2 ceiling areas (partly removing paint, partly preparing, partly Fill defects, primer, reversible primer, reversible paint) - approx. 900 m2 of interior plastering surfaces (partly preparation, partly cleaning, partly filling defects, priming, reversible primer...
