• Description:
• The municipality of Tülau is part of the village development funding region “Dörfer am Drömling”. The village development plan envisages an upgrade of the open spaces and buildings in the town center (Schützenplatz area) in Tülau. Ideas were generated as part of citizen participation and usage perspectives developed. These ideas and usage requests have been implemented in a preliminary draft. There is also an overall concept for further possible uses and for the outdoor areas. For the property of the Glupe guesthouse (55/2) and A development plan has been drawn up for the adjacent property belonging to the municipality of Tülau (55/1), which reflects this overall concept and is currently in the approval phase. In the first implementation phase, an existing building is to be built a former potato storage barn, to be converted and expanded. The substance is usable and worth preserving. There is no monument protection. The ground floor should become a cultural and village barn, the basement a youth club and... Community office to be converted. In a first planning step, service phases 1 and 2 HOAI were completed. Based on these plans, two separate applications for village development funding were submitted.
