Description:
The subject of the procedure is the electricity supply to the University of Regensburg as an institution of the Free State of Bavaria for the years 2027 to 2029. The client is the Free State of Bavaria, represented by the University of Regensburg (hereinafter: client). The client is currently over six Withdrawal points (hereinafter: UR withdrawal points) with a forecast annual consumption of 58,200,000 kWh are supplied with electricity. Three sampling points are RLM sampling points and the remaining three sampling points are SLP sampling points. The client's power supply to the named UR withdrawal points should be carried out for the period from January 1st, 2027 to December 31st, 2029 via a "customer balance group" to be set up and managed by the bidder for these withdrawal points. The AG supplies the University of Regensburg and the University of Regensburg via the UR collection points Regensburg University Hospital with electricity. The client reserves the right to supply additional withdrawal points via the "customer balancing group" during the contract term. If a separate collection point is set up for the Regensburg University Hospital in the future, it will be in the "Customer balance group" is included and supplied with electricity from this.
