The Zweckverband EGO-MV plans to introduce a customer relationship management (CRM), which also enables contract management, to work more efficiently. The background to the procurement is that the special -purpose association has numerous members to which both customer data and as well as Contract relationships must be organized. In this respect, it is important that the software can capture a particularly large number of properties. Especially for the organization of the contractual relationships, both the associated documents and the data must be integrated into the system so that For example, it can monitor deadlines.
