Description:
The subject of the tender is the introduction, adaptation and support of an open source-based customer relationship management system (CRM) (e.g. CiviCRM or equivalent) for the Science and Politics Foundation (SWP). The service includes in particular needs-based programming, implementation, migration of legacy data, customizing as well as training and support. The new CRM system is intended to complement the existing applications for contact management, event organization, publication and Replace email management and be operated on the IT infrastructure operated by SWP (on-premise, Linux-based, LAMP stack). The scope of services includes: Migration and cleanup of existing data sets and logic, Facility and Adaptation of the CRM system to the specific organizational requirements of SWP, Conducting training according to the train-the-trainer principle, Documentation, project management and technical advice during the implementation phase, Deployment of maintenance, support and further development services over the basic term of three years (with optional extension).
