Description:
The MVV customer barometer aims to record customer satisfaction and its changes in relation to all relevant services provided in the MVV by surveying public transport users in the MVV area. On the one hand, the results of the Studies can derive short and medium-term objectives for performance improvements and targeted and efficient marketing activities; on the other hand, taking into account the changes in assessment, effects and impacts of concrete measures and improvements can be measured so that all kinds of success checks are possible.
