- The service relates to the services to be provided within the scope of the named part of the award package 1 (VP-1.1) - temporary access without a bridge and WEA access. These include in particular the sectional expansion of the temporary access roads north and south of the Kaseburger Sieltief Connection to the crossing temporary bridge (not the subject of the tender) as well as the connections of the temporary access roads west to the Grantchaussee (L864), the creation of an access road for the planned wind turbines including a connection east to the L864, the creation of a logistics area as a truck waiting area and the creation of the construction site facilities necessary for the provision of services. The services include the creation of sustainable construction roads/areas in several expansion stages, including connection to the existing road system through area preparation (mowing), earthworks, base layers, protective structures and drainage.
They form the basis for logistical supply and enable the gradual commissioning of traffic of the prepared sections for the BVM. It is assumed that the award package 1 (VP-1.1) can be fully implemented before other trades use the temporary access roads mentioned.
